Patient comes to nurse, limping, moaning, ect. Asks to see Dr. and is told to go sit and wait, this happens until all patients are sitting together moaning. Enter Dr. Blue Bonnet. Nurse says "Here's Dr. Blue Bonnet now." Doctor trips and falls over the patients. Nurse cries out "Oh dear! Is anyone hurt?" Patients jump up "We're fine because - (sing) Everythings better with Blue Bonnet On  It!"
